Lindsay Dracass ‘Dreaming the impossible, living the dream’

Hailing from Sheffield in the North of England, this EuroStarz favourite has charmed her way into the hearts of Eurovision fans across the world. At just 16 years old, Lindsay placed a respectable 15th in the 2001 Eurovision Song Contest held in Copenhagen, Denmark with the song ‘No Dream Impossible’.

More recently, Lindsay has appeared as one of the 100 judges on the BBC’s All Together Now but also not left the spotlight herself, gracing the Eurostarz stage in 2018. Let’s relive the moment and look back at her powerful cover of a Eurovision fan favourite - Dami Im’s ‘Sound of Silence’ from the night:

It was such a thrill to have Lindsay perform live for us and she certainly didn’t disappoint with her range and versatility as an artist. She is still pleasing fans across the world with her regular ‘Live in my Living room’ Facebook parties, participation in charity events, a new album ‘Waiting for You’ and digital re-release of her Eurovision entry ‘No Dream Impossible’ on 13th April 2020, including both an orchestral and club mix to really get the party started!

But there’s nothing like hearing it live, so let’s relive the moment when she performed at the 2018 Eurostarz concert in London:

Not been to EuroStarz before? Well that’s ‘one thing you should have done!’ EuroStarz In Concert is a celebration of all things Eurovision, bringing live performances from some incredible past Eurovision Stars.
