FAQs

All you need to know about the event!

What are the differences in the ticket options?

General admission tickets are on sale for the event. In previous years we have been able to offer VIP ticket options to meet the artists but in order to keep everyone safe we aren't able to offer this for the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You must either bring a printed ticket with you or have your e-ticket on your phone to gain entry.  This will be exchanged for a sticker on the night to allow you in and out of the event. If you have purchased several tickets under one booking, please be sure that each attendee has a copy of the tickets if you are not arriving together.

Where is the concert?

EuroStarz will take place at the The Water Rats, Kings Cross. The venue is just a short walk from Kings Cross station. You can find more information on the Water Rats website.

What time is the concert and how long is it?

The doors open for EuroStarz at 7pm and the concert starts at 8pm. The concert will finish around 11:00pm. There will also be a 15 minute interval in the middle of the concert. After it finishes we have a Eurovision DJ to play all of your favourites through until 1am.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend anytime from 7pm when the doors open and the the concert will start at 8pm. This will give you time to get a drink and find a space before the show starts!

Is the concert seated or standing?

The venue is standing only. If you have any mobility issues or need help please contact us and we'll do what we can to try to accommodate your needs.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

The event is for 18+ years only. Please bring proof of age if you look under 21 as you may be asked to show this. The event organisers and venue security reserve the right to refuse entry if you are not able to provide valid ID.

Is there disabled access to the venue?

There is disabled access to the live concert area but not to the toilets as these are in the basement of the building.

How many tickets can I buy?

For general admission tickets, you can buy up to 4 tickets in one transaction.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

The venue is just a short walk from Kings Cross station. Kings cross has access to the Northern, Piccadilly, Victoria, Circle and Hammersmith & City tube lines as well as mainline rail services. There is no car parking available at the venue.

Can I take photos?

You are welcome to take photos of the concert, but we have paid a professional to do that for you! There will be a dedicated photographer for the evening and the photos will be made available shortly after the concert. If you do take photos, excessive use of flash is not permitted as this is distracting for the artists. Don’t forget to tag us if you post on social media so we can share your images of the night!

Can I bring a banner/flag?

Due to the size of the venue, you are not able to bring flags or banners to the event, but you are welcome to dress up in the colours of the country you want to support, so feel free to get creative with your outfits!

Are there cloakrooms or lockers for bags or other personal belongings?

Unfortunately we cannot provide you with a cloakroom or locker, your belongings will be your own responsibility on the night.

Can I bring food and drink into the venue?

You are not permitted to bring in any items of food or drink into the venue.

Will I be able to buy food/drink during the concert?

From when you arrive, the bar will be open right the way through to the end of the evening and you can buy drinks throughout the night. The main bar also has a dining area.

Questions relating to COVID-19

What happens if there is a change to restrictions?

We will do everything in our power, within Government guidelines/restrictions at the time, to put on the very best show for you and our priority is to give you all a memorable show while keeping everyone safe. Some factors are out of our control e.g. hospitality lockdown, isolating artists/ staff etc and we will only cancel the event should government restrictions mean that the venue is not able to operate.

What if I buy a ticket and can no longer attend due to COVID?

Tickets are non refundable unless the show is cancelled due to a change in government restrictions. If you are no longer able to attend the show please contact us with any queries.

Do I need to wear a mask during the show?

We will follow Government guidelines on the date of the show, but as of the date of ticket sales the venue does not require you to wear a mask. At EuroStarz we encourage wearing a face mask to protect yourselves and others. If you have a medical exemption you will not be required to wear a mask and we encourage you to wear a hidden disabilities lanyard to make this clear.

What is EuroStarz doing to keep people safe?

  • We will keep booking details to act as track and trace for the event and contact you if required.

  • The Water Rats require a Track and Trace sign in using the NHS app or leaving a contact number

  • Masks are encouraged in all areas of the venue and you should only remove them to eat or drink

  • The venue, including restrooms, will be sanitised before the show begins

  • EuroStarz will be taking extended measures to keep the artists safe throughout their time both on and off stage

Is there an opportunity to meet the artists?

Unfortunately no, the VIP package/Meet and Greet is not available for 2021 due to COVID safety measures.

Where can I contact the organiser with any questions?
