Do I need to print my ticket to the event?

You must either bring a printed ticket with you or have your e-ticket on your phone to gain entry. If you have purchased several tickets under one booking, please be sure that each attendee has a copy of the tickets if you are not arriving together.

Where is the watch party?

The watch party will take place in Lolas bar at the Hippodrome Casino, Leicester Square. The best entrance to Lolas is on Little Newport Street and the bar is located on the Lower Ground floor.

What time is the event and how long is it?

The doors open for at 6:30pm and then we have a live performance from Nicki French at 7:30pm before the Grand Final starts at 8pm. The screening will finish around midnight, then we have Christina Dragulaira with a fabulous DJ set until 2am.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend anytime from 6:30pm when the doors open. This will give you time to get a drink and find a space before the show starts.

Is the event seated or standing?

The event has a mix of seated and standing and seated is first come first served. If you have any mobility issues or need help please contact us and we'll do what we can to try to accommodate your needs.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

The event is for 18+ years only. As the venue is within the Casino, specific rules apply and you must come with a valid photo ID regardless of how old you are.

 

The event organisers and venue security reserve the right to refuse entry if you are not able to provide valid ID.

Is there disabled access to the venue?

Step free access is available to Lolas bar but only from the entrance on Little Newport Street.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

The venue is a 30 second walk from Leicester Square tube station on the Northern and Piccadilly lines. Charing Cross station is a 10 minute walk for mainline rail services. There is no car parking available at the venue.

Can I take photos?

You are welcome to take photos of the event but please avoid excessive use of flash as it’s distracting for everyone. Don’t forget to tag us if you post on social media so we can share your images of the night! Not following us yet? Check our social links!

Can I bring a banner/flag?

Small flags are very welcome and feel free to dress up in the colours of the country you want to support, so feel free to get creative with your outfits!

Are there cloakrooms or lockers for bags or other personal belongings?

Unfortunately we cannot provide you with a cloakroom or locker, your belongings will be your own responsibility on the night.

Can I bring food and drink into the venue?

You are not permitted to bring in any items of food or drink into the venue.

​

Will I be able to buy food/drink during the concert?
